The Eastern Colorado Incident Management
Team received a
delegation of authority to manage the 2008 Governor's Emergency
Management Conference. The team focused on the day to day
operations of the conference and providing a training environment for
personnel in specific positions to become certified for the various
command and general staff positions that are held during an incident or planned
event. The team used the State of Colorado all-hazard task books to document training.
